Our pigs are a mixture of Duroc, Hampshires, and Yorkshires. They are raised on outdoor pastures with plenty of access to sunshine and green grass, making them happier and healthier. Pork is available by the half or whole. The price is $3.70/lb (on the hanging weight) which includes all processing, cutting and wrapping, smoking and curing fees. Hanging weights for a whole range from 180-200lbs. A standard cut 1/2 or whole pig would include: shoulder roasts & steaks, ribs, chops, ground and/or sausage, hams, bacon & hocks.
