Lamb

Our sheep are Suffolk - Hampshire cross-breeds. They are 100% grass fed and finished. Our lamb is never given any hormones or antibiotics.

They may be ordered whole or half at $4.10/LB (on the hanging weight) which includes processing, cutting and wrapping fees. Standard cut lamb includes: legs roasts (bone in or boneless), chops and/or racks, shoulder roasts or steaks, shanks, ground and stew meat. Avarage whole hanging weight is 70-90lbs.
