Our cows are a mixture of Black Angus, Hereford, and Charolais. They are 100% grass fed and finished. Our beef are never given hormones or antibiots. Beef may be ordered whole, half, or by the quarter. Price is $3.30 LB (on the hanging weight) which includes processing, cutting and wrapping fees. Hanging weights for a whole range from 760-860 lbs. A standard cut split-half (quarter), half or whole would include: Pot roasts, ribs, ground, stew, and the best steaks.
