It is sad but true that our little farm store is now closed, but we will not be stopped! Roger & I (Amanda) will still continue to sell retail cuts of beef down at the Corvallis Saturday Farmer's Market every other Saturday until we run out of products to sell. Then it's to bulk sales only, which if you have the space is a much more economical way of shopping with us. Beef is only $3.30/lb (on the hanging weight) which is usually enough meet for a family for close to a year! If a 1/4 of a beef is too much, maybe consider going in on one with a friend..we'd be more than happy to split a 1/4 (into 1/8) for you and a friend. Lamb in bulk is also the way to go! Doesn't get much better than $3.90/lb (on the hanging weight) for the highest quality lamb around. Let us know when you are ready and we'll set you up with our quatity products!!!
